PRIVATE PARKING - Aria di Mare garage
Manarola is a Limited Traffic Zone and you cannot enter with the car.
A barrier will prevent access to the village. So if you arrive by car, you have 2 possibilities: free parking along the main road or payment public parking, both out of the barrier.
ARIA DI MARE is pleased to offer a 1 PRIVATE SINGLE GARAGE, in LTZ zone (with a special permit only to reach our garage). 2 minutes walking from Aria di Mare!

Having big capacity washing machine and dryer, we will take care of your clothes, giving them back in your room, within the day!

BY CAR
- Freeway A12 Genova-Livorno or A15 Parma-La Spezia
- Take LA SPEZIA exit
- Follow indications for La Spezia center, then for 5 Terre (SS370 Litoranea 5 Terre)
- When you arrive in Manarola, you will find a barrier: Manarola is Limited Traffic Zone, you cannot access the village by car
- 3 possibilities for parking:
- Public payment parking, before the barrier, out of ZTL
- Free parking along the road, before the barrier, out ZTL
- Aria di Mare’s private single payment garage (1 car only), inside ZTL : you have to check availability at the moment of your room/apartment reservation
- Then walk down the hill towards the village
- 20 mst before the church square, take the stairs on your LEFT (to via Aldo Rollandi), following sign to “trattoria Billy”
- Walk pass Trattoria Billy. After 20 mts, on your LEFT, go up the staircase to Via Aldo Rollandi 149. You arrived to Aria di Mare
- From the street you should be able to see the green umbrellas on the terraces
BY TRAIN
- Manarola stop
- Regional trains stop in Manarola
- National trains (long distance trains) stop in La Spezia: from La Spezia take a regional train to Manarola (15 minutes)
- At the train station, take the tunnel to the village. At the end of the tunnel, turn RIGHT and follow the main street up the hill towards the church
- 20 mt after the church square, take the stairs on your RIGHT (to via Aldo Rollandi), following sign to “trattoria Billy”
- Walk pass Trattoria Billy. After 20 mts, on your LEFT, go up the staircase to Via Aldo Rollandi 149. You arrived to Aria di Mare
- From the street you should be able to see the green umbrellas on the terraces
